Hi, I’m Luther Moon — and I’m running for Mayor because Honea Path deserves leadership that listens, acts, and puts our people first.

For too long, decisions have been made behind closed doors while our neighborhoods, businesses, and families are left out. I’m not a politician. I’m your neighbor — a veteran, a small business advocate, and someone who’s rolled up his sleeves to get things done right here at home.

As President of the Honea Path Merchants Association and founder of Honea Path Young Entrepreneurs, I’ve helped bring new life to Main Street through festivals, local events, and youth mentorship programs. I didn’t do it for attention — I did it because I believe in this town and the people who make it great.

This campaign isn’t about politics. It’s about taking back our voice — building a future with transparency, fairness, and real accountability.

Whether you’re a merchant, a parent, a student, or a retiree — your voice matters. I hope you’ll join me. Let’s work together to build the Honea Path we all believe in.

When you keep doing the same thing and expect different results, that’s one definition of insanity. Honea Path can’t afford to stay stuck in the past — we need new ideas, new energy, and real leadership.

I’m running because I believe in this town. I’ve talked to families, business owners, and neighbors who all want the same thing: a safer, cleaner, more connected community with real opportunities.

As mayor, I’ll work to build a future we can all be proud of — by listening to the people, restoring transparency, and bringing the town we love back to life from the inside out.
